My Fast&Freestyle Pet Portraits are timed studies, using graphite and charcoal.
They are a looser, softer style compared to my Graphite Portraits, while still capturing the character of your beloved pets.
Prices start at £65.
For me, the trick to creating these looser portraits is setting a timer.
That’s why my Fast&Freestyle portrait style is capped at 2 hours per pet.
Each portrait starts with a flurry of charcoal marks and smudges to map out the shapes and shadows of your pet…
…followed by an hour of intricate pencil work, adding the soul into those shadows and shapes!
Without a timer, I would otherwise get carried away and spend hours upon hours on these pieces… (Which, is essentially what my graphite portraits are!)

My Fast&Freestyle portraits are available in A5 and A4 sizes by standard, ready to order directly through my ‘order a commission’ page.

Custom sizes are available upon request, though turnaround times may vary.
*An A5 size portrait measures 148 × 210 mm or 5.8 × 8.3 inches, and an A4 size portrait measures 210 × 297 mm or 8.3 × 11.7 inches.
